★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chaque appel prend moyenne 45 min pour parler a un agent, les changement au dossier prenne plus de 2 jours avant que cela soit effectif, site internet adhérant est incomplet. Chaque modification ou demande est complexe et prend beaucoup de temps et d'énergie. Certaine modification doit être fait par nous-même, alors que d'autre doivent passer par l'employeur et encore d'autre modification doivent être effectué par eux..... Compliqué, inefficace et non proactif.
Each call takes an average of 45 minutes to speak to an agent, changes to the file take more than 2 days before it is effective, the adhering website is incomplete. Each modification or request is complex and takes a lot of time and energy. Some modification must be done by ourselves, while others must go through the employer and yet other modification must be done by them ..... Complicated, ineffective and not proactive.

Please fire anthony dupere-boiteau…. Nicest guy when he wants to make a sale. Total change of voice and attitude if you have any questions or concerns after your first and last payment comes out. 0 professionalism. Lacks communication and customer service. Completely rude. And loves to play on words to trick you. And Annie Marie Murphy too. Completely incompetent people. This whole benefits is a scam unless you have them thru employers.
