Their client services delivery is poor. I have had a few dealings with them and they were disappointing everytime.

V	Vicky Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a Millennial, I recommend banking with Luminus Financial. They are a Credit Union that offers financial services just like the big banks but with minimal fees. I love their FREE Five Star Chequing account and I bundled up with their High Investment Savings account, which currently offers the highest interest rate in Ontario. And did I mention that there is no minimum requirement on these accounts? I used to bank with TD and used their free student chequing account, but after I finished school, I got sick of their account fees and switched over. I find Luminus staffs very friendly and helpful on giving me tips to manage my finances such as loans and savings. I highly recommend their service if you are tired of paying more fees to the banks and value a personal service!
L	Linda Bevan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a 5 year GIC purchased in 2015 from Luminus with instructions for yearly interest to be automatically deposited into my bank acct. This is the third year in a row where they have not done so. I have had to phone each year after due date to get the interest. Each time they seem very confused and promise that this will not happen again. I would not recommend trusting your money to Luminus financial.
