Marc in the Online Support department was excellent in keeping us up to date with our order, and was very quick to provide a very detailed response to our question about which light bulbs to purchase. This store has been excellent!

The lady on the phone who spoke french was unpleasant and was quick to argue with me when informing her a price on a lighting was cheaper on the internet and if a better price can be given. She had very bad responses but she was very good arguing I'll give her that. I spent over 2000$ last year in this location. I will take my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection of lights is incredible. I was able to buy everything I needed for a 2 bedroom condo in one visit, from a large selection of lighting styles. The service was also very professional and helpful. The only issue I have with this place is that they are not transparent about selling you returns. I had to go back twice because a number of important pieces were missing at installation.
