Mr. Shaik received my email and personally called to discuss my project and invited me to the showroom to explain everything in person. He went well beyond providing availability and pricing information.He was able to provide expert guidance of the deck design, the Ipe wood, its characteristics, all the decking accessories and even offered a name of a few contractor. Lumber Plus is all in one solution organization and has incredible inventory ( got a tour of the warehouse, had millions of dollar of inventory). Shaik is a very personable and highly knowledgeable person. Know that I know the planning and building aspect of a Ipe deck, I realize the incredible amount of time & money I have saved and improved quality of my deck. Shaik, was the only person out of 10 suppliers to do a follow up call after a quote was sent through email. He also fine tuned my material list to make sure i purchased exactly what i need. In addition, i went back a month later to purchase some in-ground up lighting to finish off the backyard. Everything was on-point from beginning to end, truck driver, sales, payment process, documentation, quality of materials, questions answered and most importantly! On-time delivery. Shaik is the only sales rep i would recommend when it comes to construction Lumber products. Kudos to the team at Lumber Plus!

We explained to her that we were interested in purchasing material for our new deck project. She proceeded to let us know that Shaik was currently with a customer & he would be with us shortly. Shaik was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and took his time to explain the different options using PCV as the material for our new deck. We were not at all rushed in our decision process & did not feel any pressure at all! Our contractor was also present, and Shaik explained the different lighting options and installation in detail. The pricing and availability of the product were second to none, delivery within a day!! Shaik also took us into the warehouse, and indeed ALL product was in stock. We were amazed that the delivery came on the exact day that we requested, which set our deck project right on schedule – NO DELAYS!!! Other companies gave us a “2 – 3” week delivery time at a MUCH HIGHER COST!! Save yourself a lot of time, money and aggravation – LUMBER PLUS IS THE WAY TO GO!! GREAT staff, products, price and experience!!! Thank you Shaik & Staff!!

Not only he suggested me how to install IPE but he calculated all the material required for the whole project. Once I finished the siding on my Lean to shed I returned back to Shaik and he was happy to assist me with choosing decking material as well. He does not beat around the bush to get orders. He speaks the truth about the product's availability and lead time and delivery. Lumber Plus company has a very big showroom. They have very big warehouse and inventory is big. As I am a contractor in busy work, Mr. Shaik Rahmatula helped me saving lot of my time. They did not give me more advice. That's when I found Lumber Plus on google and met Shaik in his beautiful office. I met Shaik at the store and he went through everything about composite deck boards, the good and the bad. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable on the products and advised me on how to save money rather than spending unnecessary where most businesses do. He possess tremendous knowledge on decking. After providing Mr. Shaik with my deck plan and the dimensions he consulted my contractor and drew a nice deck plan where I felt he addressed all my needs and more. He saved me lot of money but provided me with an awesome plan and products. I am very pleased with my interaction with Mr. Shaik and I would recommend him to anyone who’s in demand for a deck.
