Ordered dumplings, both options of hand-pulled noodle soups, tofu, sesame pan-fried bread, steamed pork buns, egg crepe - it was all delicious! Noodle soups: a clear broth and a braised beef broth. The braised beef noodle soup is the saltier of the two soups. Pork dumplings with Chinese chives - juicy, great flavour - pairs well with chili oil and aged vinegar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you wanna try some real Chinese food this is where you should go. its a bit salty but thats what they do in north part of China. and thats what make them"Authentic"
I dont get it why some people here think the owner is "rude" she maybe dont speak english very well but that doesnt make her "rude" . Actually she is very nice and I can feel her enthusiasm.
So for the people who left some unreasonable, malicious comments , please be nice. and try to understand what " Authentic" means , if you perfer super sweet, deep fried lemon Chicken Panda express is where you should go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to dine at this restaurant since we were students, while it was located on 16 ave. The owners are super friendly and treat us like family. When they left Calgary we were all disappointed. I recently started working for a new company and happened to drive by today and found out they came back. Authentic Chinese small dishes with good portion and fair price! Had a great lunch by myself and a fun chat with the owner.
