The sweetest couple runs this shoe repair shop. Service is fast, prices are reasonable, and you are always greeted with a smile! Would recommend to anyone that needs their shoes repaired in the Maple area. FYI - they do not take credit, but debit is OK. Signed, A Happy Customer

Took my cayman boots in the other day to be resoled. When I picked them up the boots looked better than new. The quality and craftsmanship was exceptional. They even built up a part of my sole to compensate for the way I walk to prevent premature wear. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

Gave this place the benefit of doubt in the past but they don't deserve it after my last experience. The woman that works here is extremely rude and greedy. Will try to charge the highest price possible for simple repairs. Will also yell at you if you question the pricing. After bringing in an item for repair, the man who does most of the repairs told me to come back in a couple days. I came back a week later and he said he needed more time (clearly hadn't even worked on it) and asked me to come back in a week. I came back a week and a half later, and saw my item hanging exactly where it had been before. He informed me that he couldn't fix it. He refused to give me any sort of refund even though I literally paid for him to repair my item and he did not. I will be taking my business elsewhere and advise others to do the same.

If you need your shoes to be repaired DON'T GO THERE!!,. I went go get my son's shoe to be fixed and I also was going to get a key as well, and when I was to lower the price a little bit then, the man called me a beggar and he threw my son's shoe on the table and kept on swearing and we had to pay the full price and told us to get out until the shoe is repaired DON'T GO THERE!!! It will save your life and your money

Don't bring your expensive shoes here if you want quality work done. For example, replacing the soles will cost you as little as $20-$30, however the sole will wear down significantly within 10 uses. Also the owner yelled at me once for asking what material he used to reattach a heal on a shoe. There is really nothing to this story except that I politely asked a simple question and he responded like I had insulted him. He said that if I didn't trust what he did that I should not go there....and so, I have not returned since.

I've come here a few times, and definitely will not be returning. I brought in a pair of open toe Guess platform sandals. The needed some glueing as the top was coming apart from the side where it is inserted. I brought them in, paid for the repair, and then noticed without even wearing them that they were actually still coming apart. I brought them back in, only to be told that I would have to pay for them again, what I paid the first time. When I objected, the male owner rudely stated that he would not fix them for free and then he walked away waving his hand stating that he didn't want to talk anymore. His wife was there, didn't do anything. I told them that if they couldn't fix it the first time (it's totally fixable) they should have told me. They were extremely rude, unapologetic, and I would definitely not return. I have never brought in shoes that couldn't be repaired. This would have been a very simple repair. Also, when you pick up your shoes they are supposed to be cleaned, but they were dirty after the repair.

went there 3 times. First time, they did a decent repair. Second time, brought my christian loub shoes, they ruined them...$1500 down the drain. Third time, overcharged me for a sole repair..when i went to pick them up they forgot what needed to be done, came back 4 hrs later to pick up, they did 1/2 the job, when i noticed the top of the wedge was still not repaired, he opened up the gap with screwdriver, put a glob of glue and said "don't worry, it dry by tomorrow"....glue came out all over my wedge shoe. $30 for nothing.

I struggle to give this place one star. I just went to pick up my shoes that were getting fixed (heels to be exact). When I dropped them off the women was quick to take my money and said theyโ€™d be ready in 2 days. At no time was it stated to me that they wouldnโ€™t be able to fix the scuff marks on my flesh tone patent leather pumps. I just went to pick them up and they brought them out which the work was horrendous. It wasnโ€™t fixed to a smooth heap, but rather what appeared to be hand painted by what could be passed off as a child practicing their paint skills. When I stated I was not happy, the owner told me next time get my shoe repaired elsewhere and the female that originally took my money told me that itโ€™s a hard colour to match up. I explained it would have been nice to give me that expectation when she took my money. Again the owner told me to take my business elsewhere. Would never recommend this place over the shear lack of any customer service and just the rudeness of how they treat customers!! Absolutely horrible !!!!
