★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped in without an appointment because my tire warning light was on. The service was excellent, quick and friendly. The owner (?) didn't even want to charge me. I will definitely be back if I have any issues with my car. Definitely a cut above!

There were a few items wrong with my car... when Lucarelli's sent me the condition report, they included photos and videos showing me what was wrong (trust me I could hear that something was wrong in the first place). They hunted for the reasons why I had an issue in the first place to ensure it doesn't happen again and ultimately fixed the issue for me and were sure to keep me updated along the way. This was surprisingly such a painless experience and I am very happy with what feels to me - a new car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ brought my SUV in for repairs a few times, very happy with accuracy, honesty, taking pride in their work. Customer service is also great. Visited again for other repairs i needed, they noticed a warranty bulletin on my vehicle that i wasn't aware of. Went to dealership for that & Lucarelli auto saved me $2000.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are the best in town!! I had a great mechanic downtown, but sadly he closed up his shop a few years ago. After trying a few other mechanics, these fine folks were recommended to me through a friend. I haven't looked back since. They are knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and excellent at what they do. I bring my 2 vehicles here and recommend them to my friends and family. They're honest and trustworthy, some traits that are hard to come by. Give them a try, you wont regret it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Lucarelli Auto Tech for years and I have never met more honest, professional, and reliable people.
I drive a Mercedes and although it could be difficult or expensive, they get it done properly and for a reasonable price.
John and Colin are top notch guys and always gives me the best advice and alternatives for any repairs.
They also offer a shuttle service if you need a ride to/from your house.
