★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a 1/4" end soldered onto an audio cable... these guys picked out a $2 connector out of their clearance bucket, told me to come back in 10 minutes, and then charged me $50! Avoid these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Albert is by far the most knowledeable two channel audio guru I have come to know over the years as an audio enthusiast. His understanding of tubes, wiring, amps, speakers etc.and great sound is inspiring. I highly recommend anyone who loves to listen to music to seek out Albert for his expertise in customizing a two channel system to suit your pocketbook. His no pressure approach is refreshing in a world of snake oil audio sales. The price is the price is his mantra, but the audio nirvana that you will receive from his concern for your audio needs will be worth it. Highly recommend you check out Loyalty Sound and Albert for a "SOUND EDUCATION"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly useless as a high end store. Nothing is set up properly and there is a bunch of random equipment cluttered everywhere.
The guy running the store is completely dismissive of any digital sources. Not sure how this place lasts. Don't waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place at all costs. Worse experience possible. Other stores in Calgary are more expensive but at least you won't feel like you were just taken advantage of.
I bought something that I regretted. Took it back the next day, no refund... So I had to sell at a loss.
Most places where I plan to spend over $2k would actually care if I was happy with their products... Not this place.
Please don't make the same mistake as me
