★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used this Flower Shop quite a few times always long distance and by phone. The arrangements are top notch, so fresh, and very creative.
The assistance of the staff is incredible, delivery asap and I've even got cookies and chocolates with my order. The recipients were overjoyed.

My mom received her arrangement this morning and absolutely loved it! It was a lovely vase filled with a gorgeous arrangement that was chosen by the designer. I would definitely recommend this shop and would order from them again.

The bouquet was delivered on time and I received an email confirmation once it had arrived. The bouquet is beautiful. Thank you for making sending a gift during COVID times a pleasure for both myself and my recipient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most beautiful bouquet I've ever received. Once the roses bloomed, they were the largest I've ever seen. They lasted a long time, and I was even able to keep rearranging as the different flowers dried up over time. Just called to order the same bouquet for a friend, and the woman on the phone was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day. I notice now that for Mother's Day you don't have the option to chose the flowers you want on the website. I suppose it is easier for the florist, but does nothing for the consumer. While the flowers were lovely they weren't what I would have chosen. Also, I opted to have a Mother's Day card delivered with it that never arrived. Instead, they included the default tiny card in a tiny envelope with the message. I would think that if the card were unavailable, they would have informed me prior and credited my account the additional $6. I have given Loyalist four stars because my mother loved the flowers and the service was very good overall, but may reconsider using them again as they shortchanged me. Communication is key, even when you're busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent over 100$ on a rose arrangement for my fiancé and they were delivered with every single flower with wilt on them. This is the second time I’ve ordered from loyalist. The first time I scheduled a surprise delivery and they delivered days too early and ruined the surprise. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’m not happy with loyalist flowers at all.
