The reason of choosing Wade as Most real buyers still use agents, even though these days most buyers just look at the MLS® website and tell their agents which places they want to see.
So if you want to sell your property quickly and for top dollar, you have to be on MLS! And you have to pay full buying agents’ commission or that agent will influence the buyer elsewhere if you ask for discount his commission .
With Wade system, you pay a low commission to list your house with the full buying agents’ commission, by which you save thousands of dollars for listing commission with same services of other fully listing real-estate agents, so I’m convinced that it’s the wave of the future.
