Staff are always friendly and happy to help with whatever you may need.

Bought a few heavy chewers toys and they are a very good quality! Always great to stop in at this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff and 4 legged greeter :) They carry both types of dog food that I get for my boys (Fromm Gold and Horizon), which can be hard to find at the same location in this area. I'm from Cardinal and it's well worth the 25 minute drive to go there and support this wonderful business. The store is very clean, organized and it's easy to find what you're looking for. Large parking area so finding a parking spot is definitely not an issue. Easy to find. Close to many other stores. Highly recommend shopping there for all your pets needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best pet store in Kemptville. In fact its one of the best in the whole city. I grew up in Kemptville but now reside in Rockland and I still will make the drive for this place. The staff goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. They work with you for special orders too. I recently purchased a terrarium from them and the staff was lovely to deal with especially since most of the interaction was over the phone or through the chat available through google.
I will always return here, so i suggest if you live closer than I do, GO!!
