★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a disappointing and frustrating experience trying to buy local. They have a strict no refund policy but the products are useless. My initial purchase was damaged, I reluctantly made an exchange (the manager had to open a couple of boxes that didn't work either). He finally got one that did; at home it died in about 30 seconds.
If you're going to keep a blind no refund policy like the dollarstore, please have better quality products than they do.
If you want to make a purchase here (talking of electronic) be warned!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to grab 200 incense sticks and was assisted by a middle-aged man who was wearing a blue jays beanie cap on. He was kind, but to be honest, I felt embarrassed. My counting is not the best and I even double-counted before giving the incense to him for another count to make sure I had the right amount; and he started giving me advice on how to count in front of another customer, in what felt like a rude tone. Don’t get me wrong, my numbers for the first bag were off; in which I apologized and asked him if I can add that into another bag that had 40 in them (I was over by 9 and grabbed one more). I know he was being helpful, but in all sincerity it made me feel stupid. I was kind to him the whole time I was there and even apologized for looking stupid, I feel he should be a bit more considerate of who is in the store, it’s not the advice that bothered me, it was the fact he said all of this out loud in front of an audience.
Once more, he was a nice gentleman and helped me out when I give him the bags to double count.
Considering in whether I should come back here or not, or just head over to the Spadina location for my incense from now on. This happened on 12/28 at 3:30pm. Thanks Love Shop.
