Rosette was on top of everything and knew exactly how to handle the situation accordingly. She adjusted how she would regularly complete the application to comply with the current situation. This included explaining to immigration Canada how some required documents were not available and found alternatives to satisfy their requirements. In the end everything went smoothly, although at times we thought the process would never get completed due to immigration Canada being so slow to respond to any requests for an update on my wife's PR application. Ultimately my wife ended up getting her PR 9 months after the application was submitted which was even quicker than the estimated processing times pre-pandemic. We couldn't be more happy with the service Rosette provided and highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance with the permanent residency application process here in Canada.

We encountered problems with our paperwork in the Philippines, and Miss Rosette was skillful in helping us navigate through this. She is deeply knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to refer us to another lawyer here when it was required. It would have been much more difficult to do the whole process without her, and if you are looking at hiring an Immigration Consultant, we do not regret going through her agency.
