â â â â â Mon pĂšre habite dans cette rĂ©sidence, dans la section "intermĂ©diaire." Il a une mobilitĂ© trĂšs rĂ©duite, et il adore le service de cet Ă©tablissement. Les personnes attitrĂ©es aux soins sont tous trĂšs attentifs Ă ses besoins. Je dois dire que mon pĂšre n'est pas trĂšs difficile quand on parle de nourriture, par contre il n'aimait pas la nourriture de son ancienne rĂ©sidence, et il adore la nourriture de la RĂ©sidence Louis-XIV. Je suis toujours surpris des diffĂ©rents menus qu'ils ont. Le plus important, il se sent super bien, et il est heureux dans cette rĂ©sidence.
My father lives in this residence, in the "intermediate" section. He has very limited mobility, and he loves the service at this establishment. The people assigned to the care are all very attentive to his needs. I have to say that my father is not very picky when it comes to food, however he didn't like the food from his old residence, and he loves the food at RĂ©sidence Louis-XIV. I am always surprised at the different menus they have. Most importantly, he feels great, and he is happy in this residence.

jâĂ©cris mon avis il y a plus de 3 ans, alors que je commençais Ă peine Ă travailler pour le groupe Thomassin et Ă vivre dans le beau QuĂ©bec (je lâĂ©cris en espagnol), maintenant avec plus de jugement et plus de français je dois dire que je suis fiĂšre de travailler pour eux, car câest un groupe avec de belles valeurs oĂč le respect et lâamour de lâautre sont la clĂ© de votre succĂšs.
AprĂšs toutes ces annĂ©es passĂ©es ensemble, je peux vous dire que tout le personnel est dĂ©vouĂ© Ă donner le meilleur de lui-mĂȘme, bien sĂ»r que tout nâest pas parfait, mais lâune des valeurs du groupe Thomassin est lâamĂ©lioration continue.
Merci beaucoup de mâavoir permis de faire partie du groupe et tous les rĂ©sidents de me donner autant dâamour chaque fois que je suis prĂšs de vous.

I write my review more than 3 years ago, when I was just starting to work for the Thomassin group and live in beautiful Quebec (I write it in Spanish), now with more judgment and more French I must say that I am proud to work for them, because it is a group with great values ââwhere respect and love for others are the key to your success.
After all these years spent together, I can tell you that all the staff are dedicated to giving the best of themselves, of course not everything is perfect, but one of the values ââof the Thomassin group is continuous improvement. .
Thank you so much for allowing me to be part of the group and all the residents for giving me so much love whenever I am near you.

â â â â â Le stationnement nâai vraiment pas correct !!! Ils offrent des activitĂ©s pour les personnes ayant des limitations visuelles (qui utilisent, donc, le transport adaptĂ©) mais ne modifie pas le stationnement mĂȘme sâil est un problĂšme (assez Ă©norme = pas difficile Ă rĂ©gler).
Je nâutilise pas leurs locaux et je ne conduit pas de transport adaptĂ©, mais chaque fois quâon va chercher une personne qui Ă une limitation visuelle (cĂ©citĂ©), ne craint que lâadministration de cet Ă©difice ne veulent PAS rĂ©gler le problĂšme...mĂȘme si le fonctionnements dans ce stationnement est problĂ©matique !!!
Ă LâADMINISTRATION DE CET ĂDIFICE SVP ? RĂGLER LE PROBLĂME QUI EST UN OBSTACLE (que jâobserve rĂ©guliĂšrement) ?
The parking was really not correct !!! They offer activities for people with visual limitations (who therefore use adapted transportation) but do not modify the parking even if it is a problem (quite huge = not difficult to solve).
I do not use their premises and I do not drive adapted transportation, but each time we go to look for a person who has a visual limitation (blindness), fears that the administration of this building will NOT want to solve the problem ... even if the operation in this parking lot is problematic !!!
AT THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS BUILDING PLEASE ? ADDRESS THE PROBLEM THAT IS AN OBSTACLE (which I regularly observe) ?
