★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been training with Louis for over 5 years, and I am in the best shape of my life. He's patient, persistent and listens. Looking back, the progress was fast and the only difficulty is maintaining the training with my busy schedule. I would no doubt recommend Louis to individuals who are serious about looking and feeling strong and healthy.
On another note, before you pay your hard earn money to just any trainer, I would strongly recommend googling them to see who they are and what they have done in the field teaching the public.
