★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été louez une nacelle portative pour me sauver du trouble a l'échelle , la 35 pied me semblais parfaite coté prix . Lou tech mon permit de la ramasser la veille pour m'accommoder , moi et le commis on as eu un petit mal entendu sur la longueur du mat de la nacelle , arriver chez moi , après l'avoir tester pour le lendemain , j'ai vite remarquer qu'elle était vraiment pas ce dont j'avais besoin ... Je suis retournée chez Lou tech pour m'informer des autre logeurs de nacelle puisque celle ci ne ferais clairement pas l'affaire , finalement , avec le prix de la 55 pied , je vais me donner le trouble de travailler a l'échelle , pas qu'il sont cher , juste trop cher pour le peut d'utilité dont j'aurais besoin , courtois et poli du début a la fin , Ils n'ont pas hésité du tout a me rembourser le montant total de la facture , ce que certain aurait contester et aurais déduis de la 55 pied qui m'aurais ¨forcer¨ a prendre en échange . je recommandé et j'y retournerai sans hésité lors des projets futurs .
I was renting a portable cradle to save me from the trouble on the scale, the 35 foot seemed perfect for the price. Lou tech allowed me to pick it up the day before to accommodate me, me and the clerk we had a little misunderstanding on the length of the mast of the nacelle, arriving at my place, after having tested it for the next day, I quickly notice that it was really not what I needed ... I went back to Lou Tech to find out about other nacelle owners since this one would clearly not do the trick, finally, with the price of the 55 foot, I'm going to give myself the trouble to work the ladder, not that they're expensive, just too expensive for the bit of utility I would need, courteous and polite from start to finish, They don't have not hesitated at all to reimburse me the total amount of the invoice, which some would have contested and would have deducted from the 55 foot which I would have forced to take in exchange. I recommended and will definitely stay there again in future plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai appelé pour réserver une scie à céramique à l'eau de 41'' la veille de mon projet. Je me suis assuré avec le commis qu'ils avaient bien l'équipement en stock (une DW-250-NL) et qu'il serait disponible pour 69$/jour. En arrivant le lendemain, le commis me dit qu'ils ont seulement un autre modèle de 24'', alors que j'ai de la céramique de 36'' à poser... à quoi ça sert de vérifier s'ils ne vérifient pas et ne nous disent pas la vérité?
Ça ne m'aurait pas dérangé qu'ils n'aient pas la scie dont j'ai besoin, mais j'aurais appelé ailleurs. Aussi, j'suis sorti avec une facture d'environ 120$/jour au lieu de 69$/jour... parce qu'ils n'ont pas mentionné les frais environnementaux, les taxes, et surtout une assurance obligatoire... caline ca fait une différence entre 69$/jour et 120$/jour!?!
Je ne sais pas si c'est mieux ailleurs, mais je vais certainement essayer ailleurs avant les prochaines fois.
I called to reserve a 41” wet tile saw the day before my project. I made sure with the clerk that they had the equipment in stock (a DW-250-NL) and that it would be available for $69/day. Arriving the next day, the clerk tells me that they only have another 24'' model, while I have 36'' ceramic to install... what's the point of checking if they don't check not and do not tell us the truth?
I wouldn't mind if they didn't have the saw I need, but I would have called somewhere else. Also, I walked out with a bill of around $120/day instead of $69/day...because they didn't mention environmental fees, taxes, and most importantly mandatory insurance... cuddle it makes a difference between 69$/day and 120$/day!?!
I don't know if it's better elsewhere, but I'll definitely try somewhere else before next times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware, the price advertise doesn't include a mandatory insurance fee of 9%. However you can waive it if you can provide your own insurance proof and by filling a waiver form. Time consuming if you want to rent just for a day. Better go to other rental companies that does not add hidden fees.
