★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would.... this school is horrible. My daughter and all the females in her class where being bullied and fat shamed in a grade 2 class. The schools way of rectifying this was the give the girls coping mechanisms to deal with bullying instead of removing the bully.
Also go look at the website that has the school ratings. It’s bottom 30 worst schools in Edmonton out of 800. Also look at the Fraser institute rating of 3 out of 10 and in the red zone.
So take what I said and do your homework. I know the first part is a personal experience that you can believe or not believe but the second half are facts and proof that your child will not be getting a quality education, you are trusting these people to watch your child 1/3 of the time and to give them skills for the future. Do you want your child’s skill level to be a 3/10 you sure wouldn’t trust a car with a 3/10 crash rating.
Do some homework there are way better schools that you have access to in the area via bus. We took our daughter out and it’s amazing what her new school offers compared to Lorelei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and daughter attended since grade 1. My son was in the opportunity class! We had some amazing teachers❤️. We were sad to leave. 5 stars. Only negative was the parking in front of school! Wish people would learn what a no stopping sign means! It’s there to protect the children?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remember going to this school as a child. When I was about 7-8.. I was called to the office...Where the office staff acted really sweet... When I was alone with the 3 ladies that called me to the office... they asked , "If I was adopted." I had no clue what it even ment at the time. Im Not. Its also none of their business. Its completely ignorant and disgusting for staff to corner a child like that. Didn't realize what was happening when I was a child. Still uncomfortable thinking about it years later. Feel a little violated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a student at Lorelei around 10 or 11 years ago. I am now 17 and the teacher that I had in the 3rd grade had an impact in my life. She was the sweetest and I used to involved with her and her daughter, my teacher was a new grandmother at the time. I used to get her, her daughter, and the grandchild gifts all the time. I've gotten many thanks from her and I found a good relationship with her. After graduating I've tried finding her contact info to thank her but have not been able to find such information.
The school might be different now and it might not have the events and teachers that I had when I was a student, but my experience with the teachers, the principle, and the general staff was great. The school and staff members helped teach me new things and I was always involved in the events they used to hold.
