★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice experience at this location looking for a particular part for my car. The parts representative was very helpful and aided me with my request, making sure it was the correct part before getting the item from their stock. While paying for the item at the cashier, the representative passed me a membership sign-up and let me know about the rates and discounts which was insightful. Overall a great location, good selection in stock, store nicely setup and clean, most importantly staff were very professional.

Ps. I work at a shop and on vehicles all the time. Work with lots of different Part shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To preferace this, my experiences at Lordco are usually pretty good But unfortunately, this time Customer service was lacking a bit. Stood around customer service area to pay for my stuff. The Reps ignored me and the cashiers were doing stocking. When the cashier came around the interaction seemed muted as if she didn't wanted to be there. The experience was a little awkard. Hoping for a better interaction next time around.
