★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya wanna know what...Quesnel Lord co is like any other lord co really..they have the stereo typical mechanic desk jockeys. You know the ones that are absolutely no help and you wonder why they are even working in retail...but there are a few people behind the desk that are truly amazing. The one gal behind the desk is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 minutes to closing, he got me all the brakes parts I needed, with a discount and some information. She had me checked out and out the door in a timely manner even though it was super close to closing. She was still friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendliest service I've had in a while. Staff member from the front counter was extremely helpful. He even helped me pack a propane cylinder out to my vehicle to save me from making two trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since managements changed theres been so many mistakes they dont want to fix, they dont want to deliver to shops and they no longer will charge something to an account over the phone and have it delivered. Myself and others have experience this issue where a shop needs something and try and charge it over the phone but they tell us we have to be in person. Whats the point of delivery then??? Very poor service except for the guys at the parts counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locked the door in my face 6 minutes before closing after giving me the wrong parts 20 minutes prior... Then receptionist/front counter girl points at her wrist condecendingly, as it's 4:54, as if it's after hours. I get nobody likes working late but your open hours are until 5 and you guys made a mistake... If we had more choices for parts stores that were open on weekends I'd probably never shop here again
