★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst ever! My package was delayed and then all of a sudden I got a notification that it was delivered. I never received it, someone signed for it, no idea who and not sure which address they delivered it to. I have called the branch multiple times and left messages and none of my calls were returned. If i can give a negative number of stars, I will.. Unreliable company....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shipping I've ever experienced.
Two weeks past delivery date and no update online, the store always transfers me around in circles and wont help me. Avoid this company at all costs in this area if you wish to ship something. I am very disappointed by the lack of customer service, and lack of information regarding my order. There is supposedly 2-3 day delay due to covid, but I'm now at two week past that time and have had no help from Loomis, or even the slightest inclination that they care.
It was a package coming from Surrey to Cranbrook. I could have walked here with it by now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shipping in the kootenays! My tires were supposed to be dropped off to my house in Sparwood that i had ordered from Ontario. Cranbrook Loomis instead dropped them off at Sparwood Kaltire. Nice time trying to find out where they were!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shipping company ever - it's not often you see Google reviews in the 1-star range but these hacks have managed to achieve that honor.
After hanging onto the boxes in their depot for over a week for no apparent reason, they dropped off 2 boxes OUTSIDE my apartment building and couldn't be bothered to call or buzz me to let me know they were here. The only reason I knew they arrived is because I randomly happened to check the tracking info on a whim. I also got a whole lot of free tape on the outside of my boxes from them - they had to re-tape the boxes after beating them to death (the large and obvious FRAGILE stickers on the outside of the boxes must have been difficult to read).
Just when you think some of the other shipping companies are bad, Loomis/CanPar comes out of left field and proves you wrong. If I'm ever buying something online and these guys are listed as a potential shipping company, I'm buying from somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the numerous negative reviews I was gravely concerned for the delivery of my limited edition item, that is now out of stock, and therefore, irreplaceable. I received an email and text message informing me of delivery, scheduled for today. I made sure to leave fairly detailed instructions for delivery, and prepared for the worst. I arrived home from work at approximately 5pm and my package had not yet been delivered. I was concerned, but figured that the driver was pehaps delayed due to workload, and the delivery would occur tomorrow. To my surprise, the driver arrived at approximately 545 and could be observed reading the delivery notes, before getting out of his truck. I met him at the curb, and did see very light wear on the box package exterior, but the damage was not concerning enough for me to worry about the inner contents being damaged.
I personally feel that the driver deserves a huge thank you, for delivering after regular working hours, and for still taking the time to read the delivery instructions.
I feel confident enough in them to use them again in the future, should the need arise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely garbage service. Waited all day for a package because it said it was with the courier. By 2:30 I get a tag saying they tryed to deliver but no one called me. Do not use this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t recommend this service at all…my item sat in the warehouse for 7 days, no call and no delivery. I’m going to go get it myself today but way to many good delivery services out there to be dealing with this poor service.
