★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here fairly often, they are busy though so I recommend booking in advance, but sometimes they overbook which is why this is a four not a five. They are generally good and fast and close in Lower Lonsdale. I like to do walk in which is a no go on most weekends. Prices are fair, massage chairs are good, it's clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a horrific experience. I went to get my acrylic nails taken off and the lady was so awful. She came at my hands very aggressively and clips my acrylic nails and my real nails extremely short, all the way down to the skin. Then she started jamming a utensil under the acrylic nail to try and lift the fake nail off my real nail. It was extremely painful and I started to panic. Nothing felt right about this experience. I asked the lady "are you sure this is the way you are supposed to do this?" she replied, "yes it's the only way", which is not true. I got up and left very upset and went to the salon across the street instead. This was the worst nail experience of my life and I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing, friendly, and accommodating staff. Fast and pain free waxing, beautiful manicure and pedicure. I never write reviews, but I noticed theirs was low and I couldn't understand why so I thought I'd chime in :) I've finally found my go-to spot for nails and waxing.
