★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul Lomic and his team (Sabrina and Ivan) did a great job handling a trademark cease and desist letter. Paul was the main contact and I did not feel the file was passed off to junior staff/other office staff. Paul made sure I understood where were the file was at at each stage and recommending the best course of action. He was very open to input and I felt he was looking out for our best interests and incorporated our comments where appropriate. Although the hourly rates appear to be high at the outset, the time spent was very fair, supported with time sheets and reasonable for the amount of work on a file that took nearly two years resolve. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone facing trademark issues.
