They were sweet enough to book me an early appointment and my stylist Emily was well mannered, polite and an amazing hairstylist. I am in love with my haircut and very happy with the overall experience. I am sure I would be using a lot more services from them.

Emily was great in explaining how to take care of my hair and also checking in with me about length and style. Prices were also very affordable and I would recommend this salon and Emily specifically to others.

I did a simple maintenance haircut but saw her work on a person prior to me, and on myself, and she is someone who cares so much about getting it right. I would say even perfectionistic a bit but that is definitely a person I would like to do my hair :) Not sure if she does colour but if so I would come back to her for everything. Very professional. And even though my appointment started a bit late as she was perfecting the previous client, her work ethic was so great that it didn't bother me at all :)

However, Maddy Casey—my hairstylist—was incredibly enthusiastic about my ideas and, even more so, very receptive to my thoughts. She immediately washed away my anxiety, provided me with the most pleasant experience, and gave me the most flattering haircut for my face. I absolutely love the way my hair looks and feels, so I will definitely be going to Lola Salon for future haircuts!

Emily has been cutting my hair each time and it has come out absolutely perfect. She takes the time to listen to what my hair goals are and is able to follow through on them perfectly. She did exactly what I was hoping for in terms of cut, and started out conservative to then check whether I'd like a little more cut which is always great. She was super quick and efficient with the styling too and made me really nice waves. My hair doesn't usually hold onto waves and curls but they were still there the next day! I'll definitely be back. Also - I was a little late due to all but one elevators being out in my condo building, and they were very nice about it. Everyone was welcoming.
