★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service is not there! I booked my appointment just under 3 weeks ago, ensuring I followed her times, and booked it for the Dec 20. And for no reason my appointment was cancelled today and giving me no other options, and now there is NO time frame for getting a massage. For this reason I will not use this person. Customer service is as important as getting a great massage in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were expecting our first child and of course were nervous about the whole process. We found Justine’s doula services online and met up with her to go over the specifics. Justine proved to be cheerful, friendly and helpful. She was very professional and organized in her material and took us through what to expect before, during and after the labour.
On the delivery day, we contact Justine and she gave us clear instructions on what to do and met us at the hospital when the time came. We were very grateful to have her support in something that was completely new to us. We delivered a healthy little baby boy named Elliott on Aug. 2012 and could not be happier. We felt that Justine through the whole process genuinely cared and did her best to make sure that the birth went as smoothly as possible and in the way that we had wanted. She also checked on us to see how we were doing after Elliott was born as well, which we very much appreciate.
Justine comes highly recommended by us. Thanks Justine and congratulations on the baby!

Her support as a doula during the birth of our daughter was indispensable. She was caring, encouraging, level-headed, and an incredible physical support as well. I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone.
