Victor provided us invaluable guidance when we were exploring the possibilities of an off grid home. He walked us through the process and set us up with a system that we are very happy with. Victor is reliable and there were no delays - he always showed up when he said he would be onsite. Once the installation of of solar system was in place, Victor took the time to explain the nuances of operating off grid so that we were comfortable with how the system operated. He also assisted with monitoring. Our system is fully capable of powering our 3500 square foot home with very little change to to our daily habits. We were so happy with loewen electrical that we had them also do the electrical rough in when building our house. Having the electrical completed by someone that knew our power supply was only made sense. If you are considering solar power, whether on grid or off grid, Loewen Electrical will make it happen for you. When other companies in the area told us we wouldn’t even be able to operate a microwave and our home was too large for an off grid system, victor stepped in and reassured us it was possible with minor lifestyle adjustments. My husband and I did an immense amount of research in regards to solar panels only to find out that Vic was way ahead of the game with his knowledge and capabilities to not only install solar panels but make sure all the rough in matched what’s we were doing , rather than have two separate trades coordinating with each other’s products . Most importantly he is a really nice guy that cares about his trade .

From the first phone call, to the walk-through of our lengthy wish-list and having the work done, it was made so easy and seamless for us. Every step was ideal: scheduling, communication and execution. Our preferences and needs were listened to, our home was respected and taken care of, and the work was done as promised and on time. From completely upgrading the main service - having to move it underground to replacing all the electrical panel and wiring for the house and adding new service to the Carriage House, Loewen Electrical was there when we needed them. Vic works with you to make sure everything you need is covered, makes experienced suggestions to get the most from the project. The quality of work is second to none, Vic's team makes every effort to deliver on time even when you throw them a curve, we had a delay in some finishing work which resulted in a challenge to complete work on time for our scheduled move-in, Vic and Mike worked around the delay, working extra to make it all happen - thanks Vic and Mike!! . We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Loewen Electrical for any of your electrical projects.

Expanded our system for a pool, hot tub, office outbuilding and more. Absolute pleasure to work with.
