M. dit de demander le prix du compétiteur et de le rappeler en prenant soins de me faire à croire qu'il serait prêt à le faire, quand je le rappelle pour l'avisé que le compétiteur ne le fait pas du au frais élevé car il est à Québec, M. dit qu'il ne le fait pas non plus. Lors de cette conversation j'ai avisé m. des dates que j'aimerais réservé et m. dit de trouver un transport et de le rappeler. Je le rappelle lorsque j'ai trouvé un transport, m. m'avise qu'il ne loue que pour les fin de semaine de long week-end, mais qu'en dernière minute pourrait peut-être louer. Sinon il loue à la semaine. Tout cela sur un ton méprisant. Je rappelle m. pour être sur d'avoir bien compris la question de dernière minute, Et pour clarifié l'indication qu'il ne loue pas les fins de semaine normale, M. m'avise que c'est inscrit sur son site, Malgré qu'il y a deux indications différente qui porte à confusion. M. me répond sèchement que si je ne suis pas content, de faire une remarque sur le site et m. me raccroche au nez. Je n'ai jamais haussé le ton, j'ai toujours été polie. Ce qui démontre que M. n'a aucun respect pour sa clientèle et ce qui me fait douter de son sérieux pour son entreprise (inspection, réparation, etc...) Donc je déconseille à tous. Rotten customer service, I call to find out if mr. could include transportation with extra fees as a competitor does. Mr. said to ask the price of the competitor and to remind him taking care to make me believe that he would be ready to do it, when I call him for the advised that the competitor does not do it because of the high cost because he is in Quebec, M. says he does not do it either. During this conversation I advised m. dates that I would like to book and m. said to find a transport and to call him back. I remember it when I found a transport, m. He told me he only rented for weekend long weekends, but that last minute might be able to rent. Otherwise he rents the week. All this in a contemptuous tone. I remember mr. to be sure of having understood the last-minute question, and to clarify the indication that he does not rent on the normal week-ends, M. informs me that it is written on his site, There are two different indications that are confusing. M. tells me dryly that if I'm not happy, make a comment on the site and mr. hangs up on my nose. I never raised my voice, I was always polite. Which shows that Mr. has no respect for his customers and what makes me doubt his seriousness for his business (inspection, repair, etc ...) So I advise against all.
