★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai loué un chariot élévateur durant un mois chez cette compagnie. Rien à redire de ce côté. J’ai même été très satisfait. Lorsque le proprio est venu chercher le chariot, à la fin du contrat, j’ai lui est offert un lot de boîte fait de fer et de madrier que j’avais en ma possession. Nous nous sommes entendus sur un prix et l’accord a été conclu. Je l’ai laissé partir avec la marchandise car il n’avait pas d’argent sur lui et que de toute façon, c’était sa femme qui s’organisait côté monétaire. Mon erreur est de l’avoir laissé partir sans preuve de vente. Je croyais faire affaire à un homme intègre et honnête mais force est d’admettre que ce n’est finalement pas le cas, car après plus de 10 jours, je n’ai toujours pas reçu le paiement. Je lui ai téléphoné pour lui signaler que je voulais être payé, il prétexta qu’il devait raccrocher car il avait un autre appel en attente. Je me suis finalement rendu en personne à leur commerce afin d’être payé. Après quelque échange, il était clair qu’il n’avait pas l’intention de me payer. Le ton a monté et je suis finalement partie lui indiquant que j’allais mettre mon avocat sur cette affaire. Chose bien sûr que je ne ferais pas dû au montant peu élevé.
Alors oui, un 5 étoiles pour le service de location mais 0 pour le proprio. Les gens honnêtes se font de plus en plus rare de nos jours. Alors petit conseil, faite vous faire une facture ou demander à être payé si vous vendez un produit quelconque à ce monsieur.
I rented a forklift for a month at this company. Nothing wrong on this side. I was very satisfied. When the owner came to get the cart, at the end of the contract, I was offered a lot of box made of iron and plank that I had in my possession. We agreed on a price and the agreement was reached. I let him go with the goods because he had no money on him and that anyway, it was his wife who was organizing monetary side. My mistake is to let him go without proof of sale. I thought to do business with a man honest and honest but force is to admit that this is finally not the case, because after more than 10 days, I still have not received the payment. I phoned him to tell him that I wanted to get paid, he pretended that he had to hang up because he had another call on hold. I finally went in person to their business to get paid. After some exchange, it was clear that he did not intend to pay me. The tone went up and I finally left telling him that I was going to put my lawyer on this case. Of course, I would not do it because of the small amount.
So yes, a 5 star for the rental service but 0 for the owner. Honest people are becoming more and more rare nowadays. So, little advice, make an invoice or ask to be paid if you sell any product to this gentleman.
