★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend. The online rental appraisal comes in fast, but afterwards the service is shady. I was told I could leave the van without inspection and I would receive the billing confirmation by mail. I didn't receive any confirmation even tough they charged my credit card. I had to contact them to be provided with the bill. I noticed I was charged for gaz (12$ for a 12km ride) even tough we filled up the gaz tank before bringing it back. When I questioned them about it... They stopped answering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always very quick here, my company always had the passengers vans reserved ahead of time, i just showed up, gave my license etc, and always within 10-15 minutes i was already on the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took an hour and fifteen minutes to get the car, despite the fact it was pre ordered and prepaid. The vehicle inspection attendants clearly could not care less and in the case of the guy that inspected my vehicle had no interest in being polite or helpful at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good truck rental place. Picked up a cube truck for one day use for company. Staff are friendly and helpful. It was quite busy, and it took a while to have paperwork filled out.
When I returned later that evening they did have a staff member on site and gate was still open. The nice thing here is you can park your car in their back lot, and then retrieve your car when you return the truck. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best rental company I tried so far. This guy Marco gave me the best customer service. He knows all cars features and suggest what's best for your need. Cars are in excellent condition also. Not the cheapest rental, but worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ slow service and NOT PARKING Enough, fee spots available for leave the cars for clients ..... and yes you have a parking, whit 20 spots but 5 of them are be using for your own trucks.... so ,if you come a big company, well, start to act like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented the Dodge Carvan for 5 days, all was good. The only issue I had was the front window wipers were not working well, also there was no radio ? signal during my whole trip, because there was no antenna installed! I complained about it after I returned the car.
I asked them for reimbursement and they gave only 116.72$, I was expecting more than that .
But in general their customer service was good.
