★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was told this rebate was no longer valid because I, apparently, redeemed it already. The representative then back tracked saying I was only allowed to use it once "for life" and even if I used it in 2019 I was no longer eligible for a discount. The director became involved and allowed for the discount to be used, but I was told/warned to never show this at their Hymus location again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented from here a few times and always an issue with faulty equipment or hidden fees. They always blame the client even though the employee in the back told me that they don't even check half the returns. Their prices are much higher than Home Depot. On top of that, the manager barely speaks english and he's entitled like his father owns the place. Rude and disrespectful. I will never return to this place..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was rented equipment that is unreliable. Their own people admit they experience many problems with these machines (PHX21 cement grinder) and charge me for repairs. I lost many hours exchanging the machines, every second day. The guys unloading the machine admitted that they are always being repaired for the same cause (broken belts)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a non-legal trailer, because the brake lights were not functioning.
The manager behaved like a 3 year-old, berating me the client and his own employee. Incredible.
As for the rental itself, I rented a machine to split wood on a trailer. The trailer's brake lights were non-functioning, so the manager said "C'est à vos risques et périls". So I risked getting fined for an illegal trailer.
What kind of business rents illegal equipment? Very shady.
Also, an employee wanted to be helpful and swich my trailer ball for the correct size. The manager got involved and it wasn't pretty.
This is the last place I will go to, in order to rent equipment.
Terrible, abhorrent attitude from the manager.
I should have left and not rented there, I truly regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clerk is rude, unreasonable, and impatient. They should explain very well for the rules of days I keep. There is one holiday, and it rained the next 2 days, so it’s impossible to do sanding on the deck. And they charged the full amount. Only because Home Depot doesn’t have this machine, otherwise, choose Home Depot, they are reasonably and think about you, not just themselves.
