★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellents prix et que dire du service. J'ai fait livrer un chargeur sur roues un vendredi et deux heures plus tard il y a eu un problème mécanique. Ils ont réussi à m'en livrer un autre le jour même, beaucoup plus puissant et ils ne m'ont pas chargé la différence. Je n'hésiterai pas afaire affaire avec eux une prochaine fois, merci encore
 Excellent prices and what about the service. I had a wheel loader delivered on a Friday and two hours later there was a mechanical problem. They managed to deliver me another one the same day, much more powerful and they did not charge me the difference. I will not hesitate to do business with them next time, thank you again

- envers les règles sanitaires - aucun employé ne porte un masque
- envers le client de la part du responsable : les machines ne sont pas remplies de gas et pas démarrer au moment de la location. J’ai rempli moi-même le gas et je n’ai pas pu démarrer la machine car pour la démarrer il faut être HULK – ce que je ne suis pas (son employé a tiré comme un fou pour la démarrer). Le responsable m’a chargé tarif complet car si ça démarre dans sa cour, même s’il faut une force super-humaine, c’es ma faute. L’arrogance c’est d’insister à 5 reprises pour « me convaincre que c’est ma faute », que je dois être convaincu qu’il a raison, (bien sûr sans rien dire sur le manque de gas et la manque de vérification d’état de la machine). J’ai sorti seulement des demi-phrases, même pas eu l’occasion de proposer qu’il me charge seulement la moitié (un bon compromis à mon avis), car il parlé en même temps que mois.
En bref : bons prix, des employés polis (sauf le responsable) qui ne porte pas le masque, si la machine marche bien c’est cool, s’il y a des problèmes, débrouillez-vous, appelez vos amis les plus fort pour démarrer des moteurs a gas (MS Inc ne vérifie pas avant de louer), et soyez prêt pour une attitude arrogante et supérieure.
PS : j’utilise régulièrement des machines a gas (les miennes et parfois louées), je sais bien comment les démarrer, jamais eu des soucis. Aussi, mes autres expériences avec MS Inc se sont très bien passées - les machines ont bien fonctionnées.
lack of respect and arrogance:
- towards sanitary rules - no employee wears a mask
- towards the customer on behalf of the person in charge: the machines are not filled with gas and not start at the time of the rental. I filled the gas myself and couldn't start the machine because to start it you have to be HULK - which I am not (his employee fired like crazy to start it). The manager charged me full price because if it starts in his backyard, even if it takes super-human strength, it's my fault. The arrogance is to insist 5 times to "convince myself that it is my fault", that I must be convinced that he is right, (of course without saying anything about the lack of gas and the lack of gas. machine condition check). I only pulled out half sentences, not even had a chance to suggest that he only charge me half (a good compromise in my opinion), because he spoke at the same time as months.
In short: good prices, polite employees (except the manager) who do not wear the mask, if the machine works well it's cool, if there are problems, do your best, call your loudest friends to start gas engines (MS Inc does not check before renting), and be prepared for an arrogant and superior attitude.
PS: I regularly use gas machines (mine and sometimes rented), I know how to start them, never had any problems. Also, my other experiences with MS Inc went very well - the machines worked well.
