★ ★ ★ ★ ★ j ai louer un rouleau a tuile qui était en mauvaise état la personne au comptoir a lubrifié le tout.Rendu pour m'en servir il avait de l'huile partout sur le plancher mes employés avait pas vue sur le coup.Alors cela a pris 45 minutes pour tout nettoyé.pour ensuite aller louer une neuve chez simplex que pour le meme est neuve et de bonne qualité.Le problème est que j'ai expliqué le tout au messieur on parle d'une histoire a 13$ +frais de dommage de 1.03$ (en plus l'outils est fini) et les taxes pour un total de 16.13$ qui a jamais voulu me remboursé je me suis pas ostiné pour 16$ mais mauvais service personne pas honnete.Ne pas aller a cette endroit.

La personne qui est supposé les vendre ne connaît absolument rien de ses équipements. Je me suis fais vendre un genre de « weed eater » que je voulais bien acheter. Le type dans le magasin du fond de son bureau (il n’a même pas daigné se lever » m’a venté les mérites du produits que je recherchais. Rendu à la maison avec mon achat neuf j’ai constaté que je ne comprenais pas la
Méthode pour re embobiner le fil . Ce produit est clairement déficient à ce niveau. Je suis retourné à ce magasin par deux fois afin qu’on me démontre comment le faire adéquatement. Le même type qui semble être le « gérant « de ce commerce ne savais même pas comment le faire et en plus il tentait de me montrer qu’il connaissait son produit. Wowww; j’y suis resté 45mins sans que ce pauvre « peddler » ne puisse m’aider. Je ne recommande pas du tout à quiconque qui veut acheter des outils STIHL d’aller dans ce commerce. Ils ne sont pas intéressés au client, juste à leur caisse enregistreuse. Jamais plus je n’irai là pas même pour louer un équipement. De vrais incompétents et un gérant paresseux et totalement illettré techniquement.

The same guy who seems to be the "manager" of this business didn't even know how to do it and on top of that he was trying to show me he knew his product. Wowww; I was there 45mins without that poor "peddler" being able to help me. I do not recommend at all to anyone who wants to buy STIHL tools to go into this business. They are not interested in the customer, just in their cash register. I will never go there again, not even to rent equipment. Really incompetent and a lazy manager and totally technically illiterate.
