Lors de ma dernière location, le propriétaire me chargeait la location pour toute la fin de semaine malgré que nous ne pouvions rapporter l’outil comme ils sont fermés le dimanche. Nous rapportions pourtant son outil à la première heure le lundi. Malgré une attitude très mauvaise il avait consenti à régler le tout. À notre dernière tentative de louer chez eux, il me dit que notre compte était bloqué avec beaucoup d’arrogance et devant d’autres clients. C’est dommage puisqu’il n’y a pas d’autres centre de location à Contrecoeur, mais vaut mieux faire un détour de quelques kilomètres plutôt que d’avoir un service aussi médiocre. During my last rental, the owner charged me the rental for the whole weekend, although we could not bring the tool back since they are closed on Sundays. However, we brought back his tool at the first hour on Monday. Despite a very bad attitude he had agreed to settle everything. When we last tried to rent from them, he told me that our account was blocked with arrogance and in front of other customers. It is a shame since there is no other rental center in Contrecoeur, but it is better to make a detour of a few kilometers rather than having such poor service.

Ils étaient bien contents de vendre et de promettre qu’ils avaient un service après vente de première qualité. Lorsque nous avons appelé pour prendre rendez pour faire la maintenance, pour la première fois en 3 ans, ils ont refusé de prendre la souffleuse et ont trouvé toutes sorte de raisons pour justifier ça comme: c’est le temps des tondeuses, elle partira peut-être pas à l’automne si on la fait maintenant, etc. Le gars au téléphone a même été jusqu’à dire qu’il s’en foutait de perdre des clients parce qu’il en avait d’autres et bye bye, il a raccroché. Service à la clientèle, un gros zéro... We bought a snowblower at location Contrecoeur 3 years ago. They were happy to sell and promised that they had top quality after-sales service. When we called to make an appointment for maintenance, for the first time in 3 years, they refused to take the snowblower and found all kinds of reasons to justify it like: it's mower time, it can go - not be in the fall if we do it now, etc. The guy on the phone even went so far as to say that he didn't care about losing customers because he had others and bye bye, he hung up. J'ai même eu droit à l'humour de Élène, sourire au naturel!!! Beaucoup d'équipement disponible. Ils font même la livraison chez vous. Rien de négatif à dire. Hello!
