★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plumber showed 11am to fix leaky faucet, left to buy cartridge but never returned, didn't bother to call and left family with two small children with unusable kitchen faucet.
Update: I don't have an invoice because YOU LEFT THE JOB and didn't send an invoice ?
