This is a must stop if going through Llyod. There is much to see and experience. From art, to history, to just plain fun. Great place for families to stop for a few hours.
C	Claire Charbonneau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was not very many people touring around the day we went and it seems like every day is pretty empty. We had a good time but the taxidermy work is a little odd - super funny to look at so my boyfriend and I had a few good laughs.
T	Tim D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey, if you're new to the area and know very little about the oil industry like me, then you've got to visit the Husky Oil exhibit in here. I learned a lot anyways. Oh, and you've got to take the little guided tour of the house, it has a unique floor plan, rather ingenious.
L	Lea Warkentine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting "World War Women" exhibit provided an accurate depiction of the female war experience and was a very nice tribute to the Canadian women who served in so many ways. Another bright point was the Imhoff collection of paintings; these were truly stunning in their realism and elegance. There were also some great features geared towards kids, including the oil exhibit with its many activities, as well as the wildlife exhibit which includes many well-done taxidermied animals. Of interest might be "Bunnyland"... I do wish we'd asked for a guide through the oil exhibit, as it was a lot to interpret on one's own.

My mother was just fascinated with the royal family display. We also loved the oil exhibits. The gift shop was wonderful. My favorite thing about this museum was the drilling for oil video game.

We had a wonderful time and learned so much about the oil industry, both crude oil and canola oil. The art work was stunning. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and the gift shop had a good variety of items. Would recommend to anyone travelling through the area.

It's changed a lot since I was last there. Pricing is great for a group. Gift shop has some great, unique items for gifts or travel, including many locally made items and books by local authors and artists. I also love the weekly farmer's markets in the parking lot!
