A friend and I had planned on going to the LP show at Rogers Park, but were informed that we could not bring chairs to sit in even though we explained to them that we were handicapped and could not sit on the ground or stand for long periods. They only provide a few spots for people in wheelchairs, but do they honestly think that the only handicapped persons are the ones in wheelchairs? I'm quite disgusted with the promoters and anyone involved with putting on this show. How very discriminatory of you. You can be sure we will never attend any shows they have anything to do with on future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After taking the queen of no other choice from nanaimo to Vancouver, and figuring out how to take a bus from the ferry to UBC, we were informed right as we got to the venue door that the event had been cancelled. The reason we were given was "covid 19 concerns". People had known about omicron for a while before the event was supposed to take place, so there is no excuse for canceling, or at least giving better notice than an email the day before the event. I've been offered a refund, but that doesn't really make up for the wasted time and effort to get to and from the venue.
