r	rachel dixon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate a 0 star rating I would . I am so disappointed with this school what was supposed to be an exciting experience turned into what felt like a failure. We enrolled our son prior to him starting jk, we were given 2 days a week for a few hours a day because that was all that was available at the time. We told the manager that he had never been away from us he would likely cry they assured us they were use to that and not to worry it was part of the transition . A month in we got a phone call saying we had to discuss his progress when we got there we were told he was crying too much and becoming a distraction to the other kids by this time it had only been 8 classes , a few hours a class . When she asked what we wanted to do about it we asked if we could put him in more days we were told no so our only option would be to pull him out . One teacher told us he only cried during drop off but once engaged he stopped but the manager told us differently I just felt like they gave up on him too fast or didnt have the right training to deal with normal separation anxiety in kids . We spoke to other teachers etc and were told that crying is completely normal especially since it's only 2 days a week that any professional place would know that and be able to handle it that sometimes it could take months and not give up after 8 classes. Our son started kindergarten and 3 days in he stopped crying and was excited to go so I'm confident they definitely could of done more

They are warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the proper method to teach kids how to read and comprehend. Moreover, they talk to the parents so well about progress and next steps for your child! Most teachers don’t acknowledge parents let alone build a relationship with them! We have sent our kids to Little Scholars for more than 6 years and it has grown and developed so well. Highly recommend.

Our daughter is excited to go to school everyday and has learned so much from their excellent program. Thank you for all that you do, our kids are so lucky to have you.

The teachers put so much hard work and effort into what they teach and it shows with the progress with their students. The owner puts so much of her own blood, sweat and tears into this business and is a great person to work for. If you are looking for a great place to send your children for classes or private lessons I highly recommend Little Scholars Academy!!!

It is because of the dedicated teaching team at Little Scholars, their professionalism and genuine love for their students, that they are able to inspire and nurture the students in their care, the way they do. I believe that their programming is second to none! The team at Little scholars work tirelessly to create Individualized learning programs for each of their students. Their language program is phenomenal! The program provides students with a solid understanding of the mechanics of reading and reading comprehension. My children have developed a true love of reading with thanks to their experience at Little Scholars. The team at Little Scholars have mastered the art of finding the necessary balance between academics and making learning fun for young children. My children have nothing but positive things to say about their experience at Little Scholars. They absolutely love their teachers! The compassion that the teachers have shown my children and all of the children in their care is admirable. One could only wish that every educator could genuinely love and care for young children the way they do. A huge thank you to Lindsay and the entire Little Scholars teaching team for all of their hard work and dedication to their vocations as teachers, and the students they service. I would highly recommend Little Scholars to anyone who is interested in providing their child with the best possible start in their academic journey.
