★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my bf were having trouble ordering through the app so we thought we would call in our order. I called multiple times waiting in between because I thought their line was busy. We ended up walking in to order just to watch the phone ring and the lady working picked it up and put it right back down so she didn’t have to answer it. There were 2 women working and they just kept ending the calls and seemed annoyed everytime it rang. It would’ve saved us a lot of trouble if they did their job and answered the phone 1/15 times I called.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a few years since I have ordered from Little Caesars and I now remember why.
Recently placed an order via DoorDash and when my food arrived I was less than impressed. Pizza was okay, my daughter enjoyed it, I however found it lacking taste. I also ordered a side of Stuffed Crazy Bread (First time trying, photos on website made it look appetizing) upon opening the bag that it came in I was immediately turned off. It was soaked in butter/.some form of grease and the dough appeared to be raw/uncooked. I just instantly felt sick from looking at them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Little Caesars location in West Kelowna has been closed for a while now, so when I have to pick up my daughter from her grandparents house in Rutland on Friday's, it's always a treat to stop by once in a while for a pizza night. I haven't had any bad experiences here. The service has been good and the food has been delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the stuffed crust/stuffed crazy bread combo. Pizza was fine, but I received regular crazy bread that was overdone to the point where I just ended up throwing it out. Not the first time.
