J	Ja Po (Double) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved my Large Philly with EPIC STUFFED CRUST! I walked in during a bit of a disaster, tags not printing. No Menus displaying on the TVs. And they were clearly short on people during the dinner rush. But through it all the staff were super friendly, helpful and did their best to go above and beyond. I couldnt have more respect as i used to work in the industry myself. Thanks you guys! Hope things get better. I almost forgot! Half off pizza mondays!? I LOVE THAT

a	alireza shomali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order at 1 pm for 2 pizza via online for 3pm. My situation changed and needed to pick up the order at 1:45 instead. I started calling the store for 35 min and no one answered the phone so I drove there instead. I told the store manager and her staff that I need my order now instead of 3pm. They said it takes 12 min to prepare the order. At 2 pm I went back finding out they didn't prepare my order. When I asked why, the manager said the order is for 3 pm!! I had to explain everything to her again and she accused me of not telling the truth so I showed my phone that indicates 10 phone calls to store with no response. Then she blamed her staff instead and I reminded her that your employee explained everythingto you in front of me. I asked for her manager contact number and she refused to give that to me so I went online and found a contact number for complaints department. I have been papajohns customer for 2 years and never been dealt with such an unprofessional and rude store manager. She didn't even apologize for her mistakes.

The wings which were supposed to be mild, looked like someone had boiled them and then tossed them in a little mild hot sauce. They were white in color, no crispiness at all. They were cooked but looked so unappealing I re-cooked them in the oven. Who serves food that looks like that? They were pretty pricey in the first place. Will not go back as there are plenty of pizza places in Kelowna that care about what they serve.

I then called the store to ask for a redelivery, and they told me they can't do that and to get ahold of the call center. So I spend 30 minutes trying to call them just for them to tell me to call the manager. I call the store again and get ignored. I get ignored for like 8 calls then they just block my number. Pretty well scammed me for a pizza I wouldn't eat and then ignored me when I asked for a new pizza. Real professional.

I ordered extra onions, extra Mushrooms and extra tomato’s the only piece of is this on the picture. We ordered well done pizzas and all are f the pizzas weren’t even medium cooked also it took so almost an hour we had wait for our food. Not satisfied at all for that price we could get much better food at any other restaurant. I will never order again here and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to eat here??????????

And I will be switching pizza join. Best of luck keeping your business! You phone service is horrible as well. Took me 15 mins to order a pizza tonight. Then after spending all that time they wouldn’t serve me the pizza I ordered lmao! What a joke. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
S	Sukhvir singh Rai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there 1 hour ago today for picking up the skip order.I asked the employees who was white in Color , wear glasses( he refuse to give me his name that’s why I mention above things) how long for my order take because I was there already from 10 min , his reply was I don’t know and I don’t care .Skip is easier job , no headache and does not matter how long you guys waiting here.This is not the way you can speak with any driver .If there was another customer he will speak polite because might he think he got more tip but with courier his reply was I don’t care about anything.Tell me what headache does pizza employees faced on work if he think skip courier does have any headache. and last when I tell hun please speak politely or otherwise I will talk with your management team his reply was go head I don’t care .This is not the way you guys can talk with anyone .I have proof too of this thing if you guys need.Thanks hope your business work good with these types of employees.
