★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been coming here forever and never had an issue...until tonight. We just came in to the Park Gate location (Deep Cove) after our daughters baseball game, not a single hot n ready pizza to be seen. No crazy bread either. She couldnt make the 5 meat (?) She wasnt going to make any crazy bread either but my husband insisted, so she did. As we waited, we watched them turn away 6 other customers after telling them they didnt have anything. As the owner, I'd be extremely upset.

...This store took a dip.
Go to Panago instead.

One thing is that the crazy bread is not cheesy as they used to be and more butter is used instead of the cheese. I'm going to assume this is how the owner told their staffs to make the crazy bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has always been good food, fast service and particularly, good value. Not just for their hot and ready specials like their well known "$5 medium pepperoni", but even their regular price menu was well priced for what you got when compared to other pizza chains and standalone shops. This made me a regular customer. As a father and baseball coach, I regularly gave my business to them feeding my kids or for team events. Unfortunately, this recently changed significantly on the affordability and value front. Inflation may be a fact of life, and I understand profit margin can be tight, but they have recently jacked up the prices in a way that comes off as gouging, and is not in line with the product. It feels exactly like those airlines that scam you with all the extra fees, on top of charging unreasonable rates for every little thing. For example, classifying many staple toppings as now "premium toppings" for which you will pay $3 extra per topping... For HAM! I am not going to list all the changes I encountered recently, but I will say that if you decide to overcharge people to the level of some of these trendy pizza places that think they are serving high cuisine.... You can't continue to make your product on a strict minimalist cost system, or the franchise will die quickly. If not for the goodwill and friendly owner, this would be 2 stars now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My buddy's and I ordered a pizza. Of course we picked it up and it was really good and we even called them to say it was great! But when the guy answered he told us to stop lying and that we had 10 minutes to come and pick up our pizza. We kept telling him we had already picked it up and even got 5 witnesses on the phone. He still didn't be live us and threatened to call the cops on us! We went to the place to explain to the employees but they really didnt care that one of their co workers had called the cops on us! Terrible customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many a times I get overcooked pizza with burnt cheese. Last week I specifically asked for a fresh pizza and that it should not be overcooked. Waited 15 min didn't check it expecting they will get it right this time. Got home and of course what do I find another over cooked pizza with burnt cheese. Called to complain had a lady manager on phone. Instead of apologizing she lectured me me abt how I shud place an order. Horrible attitude. Never again will I be ordering pizza frm this location. The owner the guy is a very polite and friendly person but not the lady. Horrible attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my first jobs was at a Little Caesars. Stepping into this place brings memories.
Ordered online and came a couple minutes before the scheduled pickup. They were just finishing up my order exact to the time they said it would be ready. We were feeding 7 young teens so I was worried I didn't have enough food. They had ready to go pizzas which made the pickup quick.
Pizzas were a hit as were the crazy bread (some other reviewers complained about burnt cheese, not the case here). We had a couple of the quattro deep dish pizzas and crazy breads and everything was made just right.
