When we first met her, Lisa was more concerned about our dogs than how to turn on the TV. Our first impression was very good. She is professional and serious about providing a service that gives our dogs the care they need as well as giving us the peace of mind we need. We feel very comfortable with Lisa and trust her probably more than we should. But I trust my gut and we have been nothing but grateful for her services.

It was important to us to have our pup with us on our big day, but also didn't want her to be there for the entire day (it was on a farm and hot!) or have one of our guests have to focus on her/drive her back and forth. Lisa responded to our inquiry promptly and came to our home that week to meet us and our pup. Lisa is organized, professional, kind, and has the care and comfort of animals as her top priority. She understands dog behaviour, thought of and chatted with us about any and all things that may come up, and we knew we trusted her with our sweet girl. She was able to pick-up and drop-off our pup at her daycare, travelled safely with her, and ensured that she was safe and comfortable - she brushed her, made sure she had water and treats, and touched base with us about everything. We are so glad that our pup was able to be in photos with us and a part of our ceremony, then was able to get back home safely all because of Lisa. Without Lisa, we might not have been able to have our pup there with us and/or one of our guests may have had to miss some of the day to help out. We know we can contact Lisa anytime for any future care for our pup. Thank you so much!

We found her to be very detailed in the questions she asked us and in the information she took down during our initial meeting. We received daily comprehensive reports while we were away with information about all of the tasks she had looked after for us as well as how our cats were doing. There was ongoing communication which we very much appreciated. She did a great job for us and I would highly recommend her to others!! We would be happy to use Lisa's services again in the future. We had peace of mind leaving our home and cats in her care.

Lisa was super flexible, able to swing by the same day for a meet and greet with our dog. She was back the next day to take the dog for a pee break and play time in our yard. Very pleasant and personable to deal with. Put us ease with having a "stranger" in the house. It felt more like having a knowledgeable, professional, neighbour help us out. Lisa dropped our key back off the same evening. Thanks Lisa!
