★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeah, the low ratings you have seen are justified.
Price point is good (if quality was good) so I wouldn't mind a price increase to see a better quality output.
Fried rice makes no sense, this should be the easiest thing to make and can be made with day old rice (best way to make it). However it taste like unseasoned steamed rice and the rice was closer to white rice than fried. Definitely the worst I have ever had.
The general tso shrimp was decent, some still had tails on it but very little amount of shrimp. But sauce was good.
Spring rolls were delicious.
Cheese wonton were pretty good as well.
If the rice was even slightly better I could have given 3 to 4 star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service and high quality food! We had been craving Chinese food for quite a bit and on a whim stopped in here and the food we ordered and prepared in less than 13 minutes. It was very hot and delicious, would definitely order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have lived all over the world. Wandered in here on accident. ITS A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE! This is our new favourite food ever. Everyone from 14 year old son to cranky grandpa loved it. Flavourful. The veggies are crisp.

At one time they were fairly decent in quality and pricing, now, I'm not really sure what I just tried to eat? I actually threw out around half the meal, sauces tasted like mold?
Avoid, go down the street more for Chinese food of quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, I just ordered a combo for 1 with shrimp lo mein. I have to say it does not have much flavor, very disappointed. The selection also lacked. If you are paying the price they are charging you would expect to get a better selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to order from here but New Years Day it was a disappointment! I have to say we didn’t find the broccoli very fresh. The chicken balls and spring rolls were half the size, not much filling. General Toe chicken was fried too long and very hard. The chicken fried rice had only a few peas, chicken and green onion and looked white. Not happy paying $50 for this and won’t return unless they improve the food!
