She has responded quickly and provided us with all additional information and answer our questions. She was always available to talk and provide additional clarifications. She stayed on the top paying attention on deadlines. The process with the lender was not smooth, but with Lindzee’s help, her excellent commination skills and advocacy, we managed to successfully complete the process just before the Christmas in spite of tight time frame. Furthermore, Lindzee is very knowledgeable and experience mortgage broker. Also, she is friendly and has calming personality.
