★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was super helpful and considerate. They are known to carry good products as this store was recommended by my girl's dance studio. I made the mistake of going to Avalon Dance shop and the owner there sold me the wrong colour even after presenting the paperwork with the style code. Carol at Limbers was so sympathetic and offered to do the exchange even though the initial item wasnt bought from there but really wanted to help me out. I didnt do the exchange and bought their item at regular price and will definitely go back in the future! Their sincerity has won my long term business.

I placed an order over the phone and they even made amazing suggestions to go up sizes to get me though the entire season. I was able to prepay and have my husband pick it all up. It made my life so much easier. The staff is knowledgeable,efficient and very friendly. Do not go anywhere else. You have my business for ever :)

Though I have been en pointe for years and have tried a variety of shoes, it was my first time visiting Limbers Dancewear. I had previously contacted them over social media to inquire about their selection and inventory stock for pointeshoes. The staff member who replied was very kind, patient and helpful in asking my foot type and recommending different styles they had in stock. When visiting the shop today for a fitting, Madelena was an absolute joy to work with to find the perfect shoe. She was friendly, professional and knew her pointeshoes well, finding the best models to suit my foot type. I left extremely happy to have found a new shoe I love! Thank you!

Friendly Magali went the extra mile by emailing their stock of leo's and arranged: delivery, home try on, and pick up three times. I'm impressed with the level of customer service and so happy with my purchases. Definitely a returning customer.
