Odile m'obstine pendant 15 minutes avant de me rembourser un achat fait en ligne (oui c'est possible) et ensuite concernant un recu cadeau pour un autre achat fait en boutique. 15 minutes à negocier avec la caissiere concernant la pertinence d'un recu cadeau (recu du produit sans le prix) c'est assez pour rendre fou. La caissiere n'a rien d'autre a faire? Vaut mieux aller magasiner a la meme boutique aux Centre les Rivieres.
Good choice and quality of clothes. But terrible service! Odile persists for 15 minutes before reimbursing me for a purchase made online (yes it is possible) and then concerning a gift receipt for another purchase made in store. 15 minutes to negotiate with the cashier regarding the relevance of a gift receipt (receipt of the product without the price) is enough to drive people crazy. Does the cashier have nothing else to do? Better to go shopping at the same store in Center les Rivieres.
