★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would. I was passing through Sidney and thought, oh what a cute store! It would be perfect for a mother's day gift. I eyed some expensive table clothes, aprons, and tea towels. I had wanted to probably purchase around $600 worth of items. But gosh, the lady at the front was RUDE.
It turns out, she's the OWNER.
What kind of business owner is SO RUDE to customers who go into her store to view and purchase things? Does she not know what customer service is?
From the minute I walked in she eyed me like a hawk. She made some snarky comments about myself touching items. I was just trying to see the price tag of things!
AVOID this place. You will be talked down to. I ended up taking my business down the street to Flush. The staff were much more friendlier there and had a variety of items I picked up not just for my mother, but for myself. Had to do some stress shopping afterwards!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ four of my lovely friends came to Sidney for lunch and shopping Tuesday and a visit to this store really marred a perfect day. The owner was unpleasantly in our face from the moment we walked in the store. We weren't allowed to touch things, smell things etc etc. Not a welcoming experience at all. I will not go back nor will my friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a lovely shop. I decided to pop in with my partner since we’re new to the area, and the bad review left on here had me so curious. Was it really a shop of horrors? Not even close. I’ve been working my way through the local shops and this place is so beautifully decorated. The owner has amazing taste and you can tell she is passionate about what she does because it’s all so well thought out. If you’re visiting Sidney or a local I’d definitely recommend popping in because this is definitely one of the nicest places in town and the owner is lovely. Got a lovely Xmas gift for my mother in law and would definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow!!!! I feel like I entered someone’s personal home with out an invite!! Service was absolutely rude and uncalled for. Never will I or anyone associated with me shop here. Brutal to the point where it was funny. Wish I could give a zero.
This company did reply to me on this review and have confused me with another customer they must have been rude to regarding a Covid issue. No that was not me or my partner I came in with that you are referring to. Good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the pleasure of visiting this gem on our walk through beautiful Sidney. Right away we felt so welcomed into the space and the decor had us hooked! The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming and we quickly found ourselves settling in for a wonderful visit! There were so many beautiful items added to our wish list for our home and we learned some valuable tips on home decor! All in all I would highly recommend checking out Lilaberry…you will fall in love with the decor and leave feeling warm and fuzzy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could post zero stars I would. Please do yourself a favour and skip this store. The owner is unbelievably rude, insulting and probably the worst energy from a human being I've encountered in a long time. As soon as we walked through the door the lady gave us a death glare and told us to put our coffees down (We are grown-ups carrying coffees with lids on..not disrespectful teenagers)..that felt bad but we complied. Then she demanded we use the hand sanitizer at the front door. My husband has chemical sensitivity. He does not want that on his hands. He said he wasn't comfortable with that- then she told us we needed to get out of her store immediately. I was dumbfounded by this women's aggressive energy. She went on to say she doesn't want his dirty hands touching everything. Since when do retail store owners talk to complete strangers like this ??? I honestly felt like throwing up as we walked out and she threw out a few more snarky remarks. Never in my life have a had an experience like this. If she had been kind and gentle it would have gone quite differently but that was far from what happened. I see many other bad reviews and I am not surprised at all. yuck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I visited this lovely store while exploring Sidney. The owner is an absolutely wonderful, friendly lady. We really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. There is a great array of home decor that is reasonably priced and great quality. If you are in the area definitely stop by and see this wonderful persons cool store.
