But we paid for the hydrogen. She broke our balloon don't even apologize to us. That was so rude. 18 years old birthday is the most important birthday for a girl. But she broken our 8. We will not go to that store anymore. ???
R	Rath Down on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So rude. Literally just walked out and will not be going back in there. Was told 10 minutes to close, i was there for maybe two items. Staff immediately started wheeling outdoor stuff into the space I was standing. I asked if I could continue shopping in this space for just a moment, as they'd just told me i still had 10 minutes and they said no I needed to move immediately. Why allow customers into your store and tell them they still have time to shop if you're then going to force them out? Hard to support a local business when they're so rude and pushy.
M	Mary-Frances Berry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought balloons for a bday party for the follow day. While waiting to get them listened to manager and balloon girl complain about "old people" in Sidney! Very prickly manager when I asked a few questions. Snarky responces. All 3 staff too busy talking about breaks and personal conversations as people wanting assistance. Next morning balloons deflated. Called and was told there is a sign that they only last 8-10 hours! I said if I had seen that I would have waited until today. Suggested a more visible sign as I read a number of little signs to figure out the balloon situation. Asked if they could replace a couple for me. NO . Manager loud and rude no customer service at all. Will never shop there again! Staff are arrogant and rude.
C	Cat Smth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to try on reading glasses I wore them so I can see. then went to earphone isle and that cashier came stood right next to me when I found what I wanted she went back to cashier then told me when I put stuff in a corner away from the customer in front of me ,I was invading her space which I wasnt, she was bagging ip her stuff iwas away from her.i bet if I was dressed up and had gold rings etc she wouldn't have left that till im sure she stood next to me way down isle so I wouldn't steal IM NOT A THIEf this was on it Tuesday at 1to ,2 pm Sept 21 she needs to be straightened out. I feel awful now

He wasn't even finished paying for his things and said he would never think of not putting it away. No apology from the big hulk of a woman who was so rude to him. I felt really bad and was going to say something but realized I'm not the guy people want to shout at, so I kept my mouth shut. I would fire her immediately after an incident like that. Totally unacceptable.

A huge selection of kitchenwares, craft supplies, toys, cards, seasonal wares, and other goodies. They also offer helium balloon services! Great store to explore and discover random little goodies. *Prices get up to about ~$10 for larger/brand name items.
