They came to my house that day and I had an estimate that night. Work began two days later and I couldn't be happier with the job that was done professionally and at a great rate with a 15-year warranty. Can't go wrong there. Thanks for the peace of mind knowing I won't have anymore water issues. By no way is this a paid endorsement for the company. I'm a private homeowner who was up to their ankles in water and needed some help.

But it took 4 days to do the job and as far as the job is concerned it was done properly but my drain for furnace was not put back properly which lead to water all over the place. The owner came back but he didn't have the right part. He said he would come back but didn't. We also had a quote for exterior were told by other businesses it would be cheaper but we ended up paying same inside as we would have for the outside job. We did move our sump pump but the cost seemed high.

I had real trouble with water in the basement of my 100 years old house but Jody came by, explained what the problem was and got it fixed. He has a great team working with him and I know it was not an easy job for them drilling the cement floor and hauling buckets of the stuff up the very steep steps but they kept on smiling! And to know that I won't have to be mopping up endless water is too too wonderful! Thank you, guys -and the gal!
