L	Lynn Sherwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sump pump system failed at my cottage during the Christmas Day rainstorm when the lockdown was just beginning. I was not there, but was 3 hours away. During the lockdown I could not go to the cottage. My property manager was unable to contact anyone except Randall Plumbing who replaced the total system, comprising the main sump pump and sensor, and the battery powered back up sump pump. I sent him two e transfers, on trust, comprising almost $2000.00 to cover the cost of purchase and his fee. My property manager confirmed with him that everything was good to go. Two days later the back up pump failed because the battery (which had triggered the initial flood) was not replaced. I arranged for a local person I could trust to do this. When I contacted Randall Plumbing and asked for invoices for his purchases and time expenses it took a week to receive anything by e mail and they were not clear or detailed. When I inquired why the battery had not been replaced he sent an e mail saying next time I could do the work myself and terminated contact. I had been open and professional with him throughout and was quite taken aback by this response. This man is not professional, and if you use him, make sure you have all the paperwork in hand before you pay him. I think I am out about $250.00, the cost of the battery - but have no way of confirming this. I rate two stars, because he came. But I will not recommend this person to anyone.
K	Kim HartKimH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired Randall to fix my well system . He had no clue what he was doing. Lost my extension ladder down the well . Totally unprofessional and had to use my tools. He overcharged for his own incompetence.Wouldn’t refund money re labour even though 2 other plumbing companies said he should. Had to hire Doyle to fix a portion of the job. He should stick to taps and toilets. Will be perusing legal action unless my $$ is returned.

He came right away and solved the problem fast ! the main drain was clogged with tree roots which he pulled out . then gave us a great price on a new sewer line out front of the house thanks again Randall Plumbing we will be using your services again!

Randall Plumbing was the first plumber I could get ahold of and he agreed to come by. Two guys showed up, both with pleasant dispositions and big smiles. They identified the problem using a drain camera and fixed it. We ended up having two separate clogs which caused them needing to return the following day to rectify the second. Both days were good experiences. I found them quick, friendly and available when I needed them. My husband and I will use their services again if need be. He even told us how to fix it ourselves next time and added a clean out so we can access the problem area. We think he was great.
