Continued to do the prescribed exercises with the Thera-band she provided to keep my shoulder strong. However the Thera-bank eventually broke. Went back to the clinic to inquire about getting another Thera-band so that I could continue to do the prescribed exercises. They were so friendly and accommodating. Madelaine fitted me with a new Thera-band and watched me do a few repetitions to make sure it was the correct strength and that I was doing the exercise properly. What an nice experience.

I was a little apprehensive at first, I sought out help from my doctor which led to too many tests and not enough answers. After one session with Madelaine, she had diagnosed my problem and started treatment. I was in pain for weeks and could have saved myself a lot of trouble if I saw Madelaine first. She is professional, knowledgable, and answered all my many, many questions. I couldn't be happier, the pain hasn't come back and I have a strategy to deal with it going forward. Thank you all at Lifemark for everything!

He is patient and friendly and ensures his clients understand the activities and exercises. My father in law has seen such an improvement in his mobility. I highly recommend James’ services and Lifemark physiotherapy for any of your rehabilitation needs!

They were both wonderful to work with giving me lots of help and encouragement with the various exercises. All of the other staff there as well are very friendly ... seems like a nice place to work!
