R	Random Dude on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Messed up my requisition request from my doctor not once, but twice! Despite going back BECAUSE they messed up my previous blood test requisition request, no support online or telephone, very careless and poor service as a longtime patient of LifeLabs for many years. Worst location I have seen yet, they don't even read the requisition properly, and I saw the needles bin overflowing.

A	Arnab1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place seemed friendly. I was hesitant at first due to the Google map reviews from other lifelabs but I decided to go to the one with the highest rating. We couldn't find the location at first but there was a small paper on a wall telling us where it was. They don't seem to be quite organised but they were friendly, although there's no receptionist there and you need to have your requisition with you. As it was around 10 in the morning we didn't have to wait very long to get our blood test, there were 7 ppl there at the time and we got called around 10 mins into it. Overall not a bad place to get blood tests done.
J	Johnson Kong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is hidden... Inside the centre area where the dentist office and pharmacy, turn right and then left to find the mystery office. When you get inside, there are two receptionist desks divided by a partition. Place your requisition form in the tray at the front of the right side, and one of the lab technicians will pick it up and get you going in the first room to the right. Trickster place.

Highly unusal activity as the technician demanded cash payment of $80 from my elderly mother before drawing her bloodwork! Must be cash and exact amount was demanded. The requisition was only for electrolytes and CBC and it was clearly stipulated on the requisition that it was OHIP insured. My mother witnessed other people paying the tech cash and the tech was quite insistent. My mother did not have exact change therefore no service was rendered. Never was her OHIP card which is current to date ever requested. Very disappointing as we have been coming here for years and have found it normally efficient, friendly and very professional. I was shocked to find my elderly mother waiting for me to give her money to get her bloodwork done upon the pick up time! My mother thought it was all her fault as she was made to feel ashamed for not being able to pay up! I called the head office to register a official complaint. Let's see if LifeLabs takes it seriously. I will commend Maria who took the call at LifeLabs to be very professional and concerned but she could only pass the information onwards to Management. At best it was a misunderstanding however, my mother had shown the tech her OHIP card and it was refused. BEWARE, BEWARE BEWARE

N	Neil Sharma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! You don’t need appointments for blood and untied tests. Fast and quick service. Spacious and a big lab. Highly recommended. My lab technician was so good, friendly and very helpful.
